Deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays may be possible by special request.

In circumstances where the recipient is not available to accept delivery, we will attempt to deliver at an alternative delivery site near to the original destination (usually next door or ‘over the road). If this is successful, the recipient will be informed of the delivery address by a card being posted through the letterbox. If no alternative site is available the flowers will be returned to the shop with the recipient being informed in a similar manner as previously stated.

Delivery to Hospitals Please be aware that now some hospitals do not accept fresh flowers into the wards, please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering.
