Terms & Conditions

Credit / Debit Card Telephone orders: We will not retain any card details and where requested we will forward a copy of the PDQ machine receipt to you.  All transactions will conducted in strict accordance with the terms and conditions signed by ourselves with the institution concerned.

Deliveries:  Every effort will be given to deliver orders within the required timescales requested by the customer, however in certain circumstances this may not be possible.  As much notice should be given by the customer to ensure orders are delivered at the requested time.

Wherever possible we will try to meet an am or pm requested delivery, again however, in certain circumstances, this may not be possible.
